Very friendly and helpful staff! I went on one day and got a new phone & Casey was very helpful. He even stayed a few minutes late to make sure my new phone was up and working!
Yesterday, I went in to buy a new Apple Watch and Mrs. Young (I can’t remember her first name) was very quick to help me. She answered all my questions and got me in and out in no time! Everyone is super friendly and will answer any questions you have!

We have longstanding accounts w/replacement insurance. Offered us a replacement time as per our insurance, which we accepted and paid for with every single bill, plus the $149 deductible today, technician with replacement phone NEVER CALLED, NEVER SHOWED. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SITE, LIKE ALL VERIZON STORES. JUST MORE LIIES AND THIEVING.

I filed a same day claim. The agent never showed. I'm still waiting 3 days later. Russell Verizon was friendly, but Asurion, who the claim is through, let us down. The 2 are the same entity from my perspective.

Thank you for the polite response. I am editing my review to give 3 stars for the attention to correcting the problem. I have Verizon service, pretty happy with my service, would have liked to had my dad with Verizon as well, but I had one day to do that. Reading through other reviews, this is not a new problem.I visited this Verizon dealer to get my father new phone service. The gentleman working there was assisting another customer, we were there for 15 minutes and not once did he even acknowledge us. Not even to say, be right with you. We called before we arrived and no one ever answered the phone. Since it says online they are open until 7, we decided to go to the store itself. Will not visit again. We went to AT&T instead. Glad we did, even though they were busy, they acknowledged us and let us know how long they would be, offered to let us look through plans and phones. Got him signed up with a great phone! Take better care of people walking in instead of having your attention on just one.

I took my mil in today to get herself and my fil new phones and switch services. They handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. They even had coloring pages and some crayons they let my 2yo use. The only reason I'm not putting 5 stars isn't the locations fault, but the company's. We wish you still had more of a variety of phones to look at and test like you used to.
