Lots of great restaurants here, my favorite being New Saigon. The ICBC licensing office being here does make parking and navigating the lot more challenging, but overall a decent setup for the land they have available to them.

Multi-use location. Watch out for cops at the Starbucks in the morning, especially if coming through the Mary Hill Bypass. Great spot for convenience.

Icbc drivers licensing office is extremely busy, I would rather go to maple ridge service BC ( from mission) as wait times are alot faster. They do have a good system and are very helpful. There's a dairy queen and several other businesses close by
