“For the last few years we started buying all of our running shoes at The Running Room in Abbotsford just off of Sumas Way. The service there is always outstanding. The staff we deal with are very polite and are very knowledgeable about their products. They have always made sure that we are completely satisfied with our purchase. They never rush us to make a decision and encourage us to try out our purchases in store to ensure fit. They always remind us that if we ever have any issues with our shoes to bring them back. We have never had to. They also give us the option of in store pickup or having our items shipped to our home for free. We also respect that this store gives military and veterans a discount to honor their service. We also like the fact that this is a locally owned Canadian company. We would like to thank Sonja and Joanne for always giving us exceptional service. We APPRECIATE YOU!! We highly recommend The Running Room to anyone looking for a very wide range of shoes and outdoor clothing and OUTSTANDING customer service.”
“Parking was good, enjoyed the selection of shops. The construction work made it more difficult to navigate around - in particular a road that is closed, and requires you to back back onto the main road and then drive all the way around to get in.”
“Lots of great restaurants here, my favorite being New Saigon. The ICBC licensing office being here does make parking and navigating the lot more challenging, but overall a decent setup for the land they have available to them.”
