“This is an intriguing store that everyone should check out when they are in downtown Abbotsford. Spruce Collective does not just have nice-looking knick-knacks, but also stuff you actually want to buy and use. I bought a bag of Aurora Roasters whole coffee beans to try. They also have a unique selection of candy bars and tea, and many interesting posters with portraits. I would like to visit this store again.”
“I find the staff at Ricki's extremely helpful and very accommodating. If your size or color are not in the store they will do their best to help you find it. The selection is almost too good because I want to purchase something I don't need. They often have sales as well.”
“If you haven’t shopped Little & Lively in-store at the Kindred Studio yet, you are missing out! The store is beautifully set up for ease of seeing all the products, as well as equipped with a kid corner for littles to sit or play while you shop. The customer service is second to none and I personally can’t walk out of there without buying something every time I visit. There’s the added bonus of the in-store only flawed section where you can find some serious gems for a massive discount and also the preloved items just looking for a new home. Can’t recommend L&L enough! 13/10”

I am on Vancouver island for the most part these days, and was in Abbotsford as my mom was having day surgery and while I waited for the hospitals call, I decided to distract myself by going to the mall…I was stressed, worried and anxious… as soon as I walked into your store, my mood immediately shifted, not only because of the incredible sale, but also because of Britannys patience, cheerfulness, kindness and over the top helpfulness. “Took my daughter here to buy some clothes. Lots on sale and lots to choose from. It was pretty busy but lots of help to be found. Nice and clean and easy to find stuff. Only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is we we were looking for something specific that their website said was in store and in stock but when they looked up the SKU# off the website they said they didn't have it. But the ladies inside helped out.”

“Went to the location in Abbotsford. The staff there were funny, nice, and extremely helpful. I ordered a dress online (xs) but the shipment have not arrived yet. I needed this dress for a wedding coming up in a few days. While at the store, I tried on the exact same dress in a size small and that fit perfectly. The manager (Wendy) went the extra mile to ensure I got my refund for the online purchase and that I got the online promo discount at the time of purchase for the dress I will be purchasing in store instead, even though the promo had ended two days ago, to honour it as a dress size swap. It was not a simple process and involved her writing an email. Everyone there were so helpful and friendly, I had a wonderful experience. Much appreciated!”

“Good selection, friendly staff, excellent prices, If you have a Gap membership you get an additional 10% off. In general I find prices for cloths in Canada to be higher than where we live, but here the prices were really good and well worth the visit. Parking under the shopping centre seems to be better than on top. We need Gap in Germany.”

“The collection was good. Bought some bikinis for my girlfriend, and she loved it. Winter Collection is also good. But I couldn't find anything good for me as I know the store is more women focused than men. So not reducing the rating for that.”
“I came in last week trying to find a christmas gift and a young girl, I believe her name was Taninder, was a great help assisting me to find the correct items and gave amazing recommendations. She showed me a wide selection of clothing and jackets with amazing materials. Over all, all the employees are great helps when needing assistance.”

“Love this store! Always popping in here when I’m at the mall. Only thing is the selection of sizes has been limited on some items I really loved. However I managed to find them on the Shop app and they are being delivered.”
“Over the years I've found Plato's to be pricier for things than I can often find in the thrift store as a lower income family. Now in a better position, I've started to bring my teen boys to shop as they want specific name brand clothing and it's easier to find here for a fraction of the cost. For example we purchase a pair of special edition Nike air shoes in great condition for $30 online we found the same second hand for $60-100. True there are some clothes that I've found on the shelf in questionable condition but part of the fun is searching to find what you would like.
I brought in some men's clothes/shoes the last time we went in and they offered us $45 for items we would have donated. Many were in new or excellent condition, some name brands some not. I think bringing your items to sell do not plan on making money off your items. I see it as normally this would go to a thrift store and now I have some extra credit to buy things my kids like at the store. Go online and sell your things if you are going to complain about how much they pay you for your items. I almost guarantee it's more time and headache than you are willing to put in. Considering they pay their employees and overhead cost to run the store not to mention sell items for a fraction of the original cost. Overall my experiences recently have been positive and we will continue to check out the shelves for more deals.”
“Lots of reviews here complain about the staff and I personally haven't had that issue. It seems that the team just leaves the customers alone. My only problem at this H&M is the men's fitting room is always closed.
Seriously it's always closed. So I'll grab the mens stuff upstairs, and hike it down below. Kind of a pain in the ass but either way, the store is solid.”
