Went into the store and was approached right away asking if needed assistance.
Explained what i was looking for and within minutes in the dressing room with my things to try on and everything was perfect.
From the moment I walked into the store till I left the staff was so kind and helpful.

“If you haven’t shopped Little & Lively in-store at the Kindred Studio yet, you are missing out! The store is beautifully set up for ease of seeing all the products, as well as equipped with a kid corner for littles to sit or play while you shop. The customer service is second to none and I personally can’t walk out of there without buying something every time I visit. There’s the added bonus of the in-store only flawed section where you can find some serious gems for a massive discount and also the preloved items just looking for a new home. “I needed a suit for a wedding and after a couple of stores I ended up at Ronald Allen. Thank goodness for that as my experience there was very good! The lady that helped me (Shanna?) exceeded my expectations of customer service. She made me feel comfortable and picked out the perfect suit and shoes. The alterations were quick and very well done. The store is immaculate and the products they carry are great quality. I feel I received excellent value for my dollar in every aspect: service, product selection, quality and price.
When my adult sons saw me at the wedding in this suit they were blown away and said I looked like a CEO of a large corporation!

“Went to the location in Abbotsford. The staff there were funny, nice, and extremely helpful. I ordered a dress online (xs) but the shipment have not arrived yet. I needed this dress for a wedding coming up in a few days. While at the store, I tried on the exact same dress in a size small and that fit perfectly. The manager (Wendy) went the extra mile to ensure I got my refund for the online purchase and that I got the online promo discount at the time of purchase for the dress I will be purchasing in store instead, even though the promo had ended two days ago, to honour it as a dress size swap. It was not a simple process and involved her writing an email. Everyone there were so helpful and friendly, I had a wonderful experience. Much appreciated!”

“Had the pleasure to shop here today, found two long skirts for good value and good quality.
I spent about 40 minutes in the store and saw attractive ladies boots and slippers, nice selection and variety of shoes for sure. Lots of clothes for the younger generation but found a few things I felt I could wear for my age group mid 50s. Enjoyed shopping here and found the girls at the cashier were super friendly and helpful.”

“The staff here is incredible. So professional and the store is always looking amazing.
My biggest complaint which only has to do with upper management, is the floor in the store. Its bubbling up and causes a huge safety hazard. I have 3 children with me a majority of the time and I don’t want to see them fall. This is also a safety hazard for staff. This has been a problem for a while and I could have only hoped there would have been a solution by now.
Again, the staff and condition of the store are amazing. Especially within the last few months! I just hope for safety sake upper management can get the floor fixed.”

“I cant say enough about the team at Plato's Closet Abbotsford location. I have being going there for over 5years. Everytime I leave I cant wait to go back again. Its always great experience. From moment you walk in you get greeted warmly. They let you know sale of the day. Exceptional team, well trained and knowledgeable. I also take in items to sell/trade they take what they can and kindly explain why they couldn't take all. I dont argue I always leave it to them they know what sells & what doesn't. And you have to understand they only have so much room for storage.
Destiny was the phenomenal staff at my last visit, absolute sweetheart. I spent over an hour there and purchased my largest purchase to date over 100 items. She made sure to take in my shopping basket when full they would get full, take empty hangers, already started ringing in process to avoid long delay at the line up, so when it was time to check out took about 5 minutes. Lexi another kind staff helped out with taking my purchases over to my car.
I am so greatful for that place and the entire team. I let people know about them any chance I get. We dont have alot of shops like that here in lower mainland so we need to support them to keep them in a business for years to come
