No Customer Washroom - This location doesn’t provide a washroom for customers waiting for appointments. I have never been to a bank without a customer washroom. They suggested I use the washroom at nearby restaurants. Poor customer service.

Great customer service! Everyone who works at Coast Capital is always friendly and helpful. Surprised The Richmond office at Ironwood Plaza has very modern, attractive orange light fixtures above the tellers. And you can sit down while completing transactions with the teller. Low light is amazing. No fluorescent lights!...
