No Customer Washroom - This location doesn’t provide a washroom for customers waiting for appointments. I have never been to a bank without a customer washroom. They suggested I use the washroom at nearby restaurants. Poor customer service.

Worst bank i have had nothing but problems with this bank cant use my card the apps unreliable and when you call the line to talk to head office they dont know what to do to fix any of your problems i had 1500 in my account and it was frozen for no reason and they were telling me i might not be able to gwt my money and it was the 1st rents due...

Great customer service! Everyone who works at Coast Capital is always friendly and helpful. Surprised The Richmond office at Ironwood Plaza has very modern, attractive orange light fixtures above the tellers. And you can sit down while completing transactions with the teller. Low light is amazing. No fluorescent lights! Thank you :-)

I had a great experience at this Coast Capital, staff are very helpful. I needed to change my beneficiary which usually requires an appointment but Jabar helped me out anyways despite it almost being closing time! Thank you!

Worst experience. Need to access my locker and the customer service rep tells me that i have to wait in the whole line up. I do access it at other times & they just let you go right away. But this time oh gosh!! Lady name ‘ Punja’ something. Really bad that i dont even need any card to punch in the machine to access my own locker and still i had to wait in queue. wow

So I came to abby for a concert I got home about 12am. I went into the elevator at 2am to get pizza. When I stepped in a stepped into an elevator full of vomit I left and came down the stairs. When I came down I let the lady at the front desk at 213am November 27 sunday. That I stepped in puke. She told me to take the stairs next time (which I obviously did) and that we have noise complaint (which we never heard of and we were watching a movie) and when we called and asked to a speak with a manager she said for us to go to bed. And to stop talking. Awful staff.

The worst experience setting up a business account. In their ad is said it would be super easy. Not at all. Just a bunch of emails back and forth with no direction or instructions. We finally had to call in to speak with someone to understand what they needed in order to proceed. It would of been easier just to make a appointment and go into the branch. Still cant seem to get the debit card activated.Will open another business account else where and close the coast capital one.

Interesting to note that for the 2 yrs prior to this review, the business owner hasn’t responded to any reviews. That is a good summary of the level of service/communication you should expect.Have been trying from Feb 28-April 22 to get an increase on a line of credit.Have been told at least 5 times, that they’d have the answer tomorrow, but am still waiting.In the meantime, I have gotten an increased line of credit at a different bank and it took a total of 2 days. Compared to Coast Capital, that is literally 26 times faster!Please learn from my mistake and don’t get a mortgage or line of credit here.I would truly love it if someone from Coast Capital would reach out and try to rectify this situation.

Moved here to escape the attitudes of the "Big Banks" only to find out that after they get your business they end up being just the same. Poor customer service, just a frustrating call centre ,nobody calls you back and on or hold forever...Abbotsford branch is terrible...definitely won't renew our mortgage here.

Awful. Only come if you have 15/20min to spare. Never enough staff and they all move incredibly slow.. would rather drive to Langley than wait in line like this.

Decent rates and service but their e-transfers are extremely slow and problematic. To add insult to injury they still charge $1.50 on e-transfers. That's unacceptable. Complaint lodged. Hoping they rectify that soon...
