Yesterday I had a go to the clearbrooke branch and ask for a new debt card. I explain the situation and one of the clerks said out loud stupid does in regards to how I lost my card. I was the only one in the branch at the time. Be careful what you say in this branch some of the tellers are very mean and not friendly. Feel like closing my account and moving elsewhere

Choosing a credit a union over a traditional bank was supposed to be better. Not anymore. At this location you never have same staff for more than 6 months it seems. So much turnover with the staff makes you wonder how they run things.
Rates are no longer any better than the big banks. Sometimes they are worse!
Offering free chequing accounts is a nice but $1.50 e-transfers? Really? So much for having a free chequing account!
Never once did they call me about my mortgage payment going up. They e-mailed after each increase when it was too late to figure out options. They did do not offer longer amortization when variable rates increase.
We're seriously going elsewhere once we can switch lenders without penalty.
Sorry Coast Capital it was nice being a customer 20 years ago but now I can't wait to leave you guys...

Had an appointment today and the bank took the money from my account twice. They are saying I have to wait till next week to see if the money comes back on its own and if it doesn't I have to file a bunch of paper work go get MY MONEY back that they wrongfully took. They've done this before and it took two entire months to get MY MONEY back. This bank is a POS, don't waste your time banking here.

No Customer Washroom - This location doesn’t provide a washroom for customers waiting for appointments. I have never been to a bank without a customer washroom. They suggested I use the washroom at nearby restaurants. Poor customer service.

Worst bank i have had nothing but problems with this bank cant use my card the apps unreliable and when you call the line to talk to head office they dont know what to do to fix any of your problems i had 1500 in my account and it was frozen for no reason and they were telling me i might not be able to gwt my money and it was the 1st rents due...

Great customer service! Everyone who works at Coast Capital is always friendly and helpful. Surprised The Richmond office at Ironwood Plaza has very modern, attractive orange light fixtures above the tellers. And you can sit down while completing transactions with the teller. Low light is amazing. No fluorescent lights! Thank you :-)

I had a great experience at this Coast Capital, staff are very helpful. I needed to change my beneficiary which usually requires an appointment but Jabar helped me out anyways despite it almost being closing time! Thank you!

Worst experience. Need to access my locker and the customer service rep tells me that i have to wait in the whole line up. I do access it at other times & they just let you go right away. But this time oh gosh!! Lady name ‘ Punja’ something. Really bad that i dont even need any card to punch in the machine to access my own locker and still i had to wait in queue. wow

So I came to abby for a concert I got home about 12am. I went into the elevator at 2am to get pizza. When I stepped in a stepped into an elevator full of vomit I left and came down the stairs. When I came down I let the lady at the front desk at 213am November 27 sunday. That I stepped in puke. She told me to take the stairs next time (which I obviously did) and that we have noise complaint (which we never heard of and we were watching a movie) and when we called and asked to a speak with a manager she said for us to go to bed. And to stop talking. Awful staff.
