Corry, the manager, did the right thing by applying a discount on the luxury bag I bought which had already started to show damage due to its very delicate fabric. It would have stayed in the store for many months and years and would end up more damaged!
The manager from Mission store is not very professional, she contacted Corry and causes unnecessary trouble for him.
What is even more unprofessional is that she prefer to keep a bag in the store for months, moving it from place to place, which caused damage because of the careless handling and moving it many times.The same bag is selling half price on another website. Despite the visible wear and damage and inflated price, she still refused to offer any discount. Managers need to train employees need to resell those expensive luxury items with discount instead of moving them and damage them and keeping them on the shelves like all other items.”
