“I’m giving 5 stars specifically for the local Brick store team, who were professional, patient and genuinely helpful throughout the in-store experience. From product selection to answering questions, the staff did their job well and represented the brand positively.
That said, I feel it’s important to highlight - respectfully and constructively - that many of the frustrations customers experience have nothing to do with the local store. Issues related to delivery crews, installation contractors, insurance providers, and extended warranty vendors were disappointing and poorly coordinated. Communication gaps, delays, and lack of accountability from these third-party services significantly take away from what could otherwise be a great overall experience.
It’s clear the store-level team is doing their best, but Head Office seriously needs to review and improve how these external vendors are managed, as they directly impact customer satisfaction and the brand’s reputation.
I would happily work with this local store again, BUT hope corporate leadership takes a closer look at the systems and partners supporting them.”
“We recently purchased and Love Seat and lift top coffee table from the Ashley HomeStore in Abbotsford on Sumas Way. I must say I was so pleased with our sales representative Simarpreet Dhadwar, he was a no pressure sales person, gave us the product details / spec's and then left us to test it out and look it over. He was always close by and available for my questions. It was a great purchase experience and a very nice show room. UNLIKE La-Z-Boy in Langley that had NO STOCK (see my purchase experience review) I will NEVER purchase anything from La-Z-Boy again.
