“This gas station is not just a regular gas station for me it feels like home, the owner does a superb job at blending cultures so it’s not one sided like it usually is at most gas stations in the lower mainland every other business/gas station could learn a thing or two from pazz fuels it’s a special place.
Susan one of the many friendly clerks is a absolute gemstone to this business, a gift, she is hands down a blessing to this place she makes you feel like you could be talking to a family member in professional and courtesy sense of course, she treats everyone the same way not only with writer she is like this with all customers Ive witnessed this myself she creates such a space that one feels valued and safe to be themselves,
All the other attendants are very nice too but I always feel blessed when I come around to play some lotto and shes there working hard as usual
Thanks to everyone who works hard at making pazz fuels a wonderful place to do business and get necessities I feel grateful to have found this place.

“It's cheaper gas compared to other gas stations. But beware of long waiting in the line to fill the gas. Very busy place and please do go during weekends you will be stuck there for ever”
“I never mind making the trip down to this station whenever I need to fill up, even going past a lot of other gas stations, because I know that I would be getting good quality fuel for a slightly cheaper price. And the station is always clean and the convenience store has a wide selection of stuff and a clean washroom.”
“Is the best Esso in town. Always friendly, courteous staff and good deals. You can redeem 4000 Shoppers Optimum points there for 10 cents off per litter of gas you buy.”
“The best part of this gas station is they fill your gas and on top of that they have amazing customer service and you built a strong bond. Rajveer one of the gas attendants is one that like a little brother and he has an amazing positive energy and very knowledgeable and experience in life. I wish him the best definitely must check out this place has amazing staff over all. Monday and Thursdays they have 7 cents off other days 3 cents off.”
“Great gas prices and when I went in to check out their Chester's Chicken they also sell samosa's chicken and beef and I had the beef one and literally it was the best samosa I had in years for a little hole in the wall. Gas station has been there for many years. It has improved and the lady who served me she was amazing. Polite. She actually counted my change back like wow that is customer service Beyond , love it ! “It's a Shell, inside you can buy chips, various carbonated beverages, overpriced frozen meals for one and tobacco products, many, tobacco products. You know what you're going to get walking in. As you walk out with that ice cream bar you had no intention of buying you feel pretty damn good.”
“This is the only place where I have ever found Screamers. All the other gas stations and convenience stores here in town only have slurpees. Thank you for keeping the Screamer tradition alive.”

“Great staff. 24/7 Easy to access washrooms. Right off the highway with other food stops there too if you want. Been stopping here for years and always a great experience. Even nice when they answer calls. Given it’s “just a gas station” it’s about as great as it can get for what any of us need.”

“Bathrooms are “not in service” in May 2020. Very unprofessional to close 2 bathrooms to the public as a business in my opinion. Have been stopping at this location for years, but will avoid ever going here again. There’s a reason their rating is so much lower than the Petro-Canada at LeFeuvre... 1/5 star experience.
2021 Update: Been back numerous times since on the way thru Aldergrove and the washrooms have been available for use. Have gassed up, bought merchandise, and used washrooms many times since the May 2020 washroom lockout event and it’s been a great experience after that. Revised review to 4/5 stars.”

“It is a gas station with all the perquisites, at the pump payment and it was clean and tidy . Water and soap for washing the windshield so no complaints. Same price per litre as the Four other gas stations, 159.9 Feb 13, 2022 6:00pm. Costco is cheaper but closes a bit earlier on weekends!”

“This is the best 7-11 in Abbotsford. Staff are always so kind and helpful. It's pretty clean and they always have full stock. If they are out of something or in the middle of cooking more food for the display they usually tell you as soon as you walk up to the counter to order.”

“I am an 87 yr old handicapped person.When I bought gas last time,I delivered cash to the office,as needed.I HAVE DIFFICULTY WALKING!After I was done I had some change coming.I started going to the office to pick it up,BUT THE YOUNG CASHIER LADY CAME ALL THE WAY OUT WITH MY CHANGE AND BILL.uNBELIEVABLE KINDNESS,YOU DON'T ENJOY MUCH ANYWHERE.mANY THANKS AND 5 STARS TO HER AND SHELL fot having such employee!!!!!Very much obliged!!!
