“Hello!!This store is an EXCELLENT example of customer service and professionalism! I needed to mail time sensitive and fragile package contexts. This clerk was helpful, polite and patient. Further, they were able to continue to help the other customers while assisting me in preparing my own items for shipping.REMEMBER, this is the store, rather than the UPS access point. Your tracking number will tell you their exact address if your package is waiting there. Otherwise, the package is en route to you from the warehouse.5 star store!”

“Very good service with affordable rates. Rochelle will sometimes have my package ready for me before I have a chance to open my mouth. The bad reviews I've read on here seem mostly unreasonable or else complaints about things beyond Rochelle's control. Probably the only downside here is that Pic-It-Up isn't open 24/7, so once or twice I didn't make it through the border wait time before closing time. Sumas is a great little town with affordable gas and dairy, so this makes for a good catch-all stop without the crowds.”

“I've been using letterlock for Amazon packages for a couple months and have had no problems. It's easy and cheap and I really appreciate it! All the employees have been friendly and helpful. My only issue is the parking situation. The lot on the left side is a nightmare to enter and exit as there is a somewhat drastic dip and I've scraped the bottom of my car multiple times even though I'm trying to be slow and careful. There's currently a very large deep puddle in the middle of the lot as well. I think the lot on the right is open for customers but it's not clear. Some signage would really help and if customers are meant to park on the left you've got to do some work there.”
