“I've been using letterlock for Amazon packages for a couple months and have had no problems. It's easy and cheap and I really appreciate it! All the employees have been friendly and helpful. My only issue is the parking situation. The lot on the left side is a nightmare to enter and exit as there is a somewhat drastic dip and I've scraped the bottom of my car multiple times even though I'm trying to be slow and careful. There's currently a very large deep puddle in the middle of the lot as well. I think the lot on the right is open for customers but it's not clear. Some signage would really help and if customers are meant to park on the left you've got to do some work there.”

“Patrick assisted in me at the Post Office this afternoon. He was courteous, gracious, knowledgeable and went above and beyond, i.e., identifying a UPS tracking number for my package that UPS was unable to deliver. It was subsequently sent to the Sumas PO where our rural route mail carrier had picked up and was in the process of delivering. Strong Work Patrick!”
