Staff lost my $5000 sweater and was not helpful during the resolution process. The process took over three weeks, and the staff were consistently rude and offered little to no assistance. Stay far far away from here!!!! Wish I Could give 0 stars.

Package being held was returned without contacting me, after I spoke on the phone letting them know I was out of town. I then had to pay to get it shipped back to me.
