“I've had nothing but good experiences with this liquor store. Been buying from them since 2016 and they're always super friendly and helpful with suggestions if you're on the fence about what to drink that day/night.”
“Rooms are clean, despite past comments they've definitely improved! Staff are sweet and polite, they provide snacks and really good coffee in rooms. Only thing to note for future guests is the bathroom lightswitch is outside of the washroom, the one inside is for the fan, and the coffee machine power button is on the bottom of the side! Tv and internet work! They text you immediately if they notice youve left something which is really nice!! The front lobby has an old smell, doesnt bother me but might bother others, just smells like old wood and smoke, but its an old hotel so honestly didn't expect the lobby to smell like sunshine and rainbows, the rooms smell really good with the air fresheners they put :) if you stay here with a significant other it feels really romantic if you appreciate the antiques and the photos.”
“I chose this location because the Harrison Hot Springs Resort Hotel seems to be consistently raising the prices. It was very reasonably priced and in a central location. Upon arriving I was checked in by RHL (He was amazing but I don't know how to spell his actual name and this was the abbreviation provided on the check-in form. He checked me in quickly and I was set to go. Went for lunch at the The Old Settler Pub and on my return to the hotel, RHL called my cell phone to inform me that I had left my credit card and ID at the front desk. What a nice guy. The entire time I was at the property RHL was working hard, but always smiling and being nice to everyone there. The room was basic but clean and well organized. I enjoyed my stay but needed to leave earlier than expected. The checkout process was smooth and fast. I really appreciated the staff.”
“The owner of this establishment is a sweet elderly man. He was so sweet and said hello each time he did a walk by. The location was beautiful. A weekend away with my mother. HOWEVER there is an extremely rude employee. On my second day, I returned from lagoon with a giant wooden board outside my car with a no parking sign. Another paper sign taped to my window that read "remove your vehicle" and written in pen read "Now!". I was parked along side the bush, behind parked vehicles. All vehicles were able to pull on and out easily, as many did one day one. My mother went to speak with an employee who was very short tempered with her and demanded we move the vehicle. We complied and I went inside to grab my keys, walked to my car, and the man approached us again. He screamed at us that "tourists from Vancouver love to come here thinking they can park wherever the hell they want" and told us to move, again, as we already were doing. We are paying guests and this was very anxiety inducing for me. The same employee was incredibly rude to us later on when our power went out. He blamed it on us stating that we kept the AC running while keeping the door open. When we explained our AC was off, he just rudely told us that he knows we were and we caused the issue. We were very very disappointed as my mother has been a returning guest for 3 years but this will be our last, sadly. I wish the man treated us with respect and understanding rather than being so defensive and hostile. Again, the actual owner is a sweetheart and that is why I am giving a good star review.”

“The hot springs were amazing. There's three outdoor pools with three different heat levels (the hottest one is adults-only) and inside, there's a pool and hot tub.
It is hard to find parking but we talked to an employee and she said if there's no available spots, it's okay to park in staff parking or outside of lanes as long as you're not blocking anyone. EV Charging is ~$0.2 a minute (~$12 an hour) so if you're driving an electric car, I highly recommend charging it somewhere else, there's EV Chargers outside of the parking lot and around the restaurant street which is $2 an hour.
We came with a group of friends and check-in was at 4:00PM but rooms were not ready until 5:30PM. Mildly inconvenient but we got a 10% discount as apology. We got two rooms and the room that was ready didn't have any towels so we called and housekeeping came and delivered them.
For some reason, our room key kept not working and we had to continuously go back to the front desk and ask for them to fix it, but it would only work once and then not work again.
To ask for robes, you have to use the phone in your room to call the front desk and ask for them to be delivered. Depending on how busy it is, you may not be able to get robes until a little after so just keep that in mind.
Overall, it was a decent time. Sadly, if you were to ask me if the cost for this two day trip was worth it, I would have to say no. I was just rating the hot springs, I'd give it 5 stars, but if I was only rating the resort, I'd have to give 3.”
“This is a decent place to stay. I feel it’s priced well for what you get. You’re not far from the beach, restaurants, and a gas station. The rooms are quiet and clean, a little dated but it works.”
