Harrison Hot Springs Resort offers a lovely setting with amazing hot springs. There are three outdoor pools of different heat levels and an indoor pool and hot tub. The location is great and the resort itself is lovely. However, the experience is often marred by significant service and maintenance issues. Check-in is frequently long and slow, with rooms sometimes not ready until well after the official check-in time. A common and concerning problem is a severe shortage of towels, both at the pools and in the rooms. Room cleaning service is inconsistent, with stays sometimes receiving no cleaning. Staff shortages are evident, leading to a lack of enforcement of pool rules, such as children in the adult-only quiet zone, which disrupts the calm environment. Customer service at the front desk is repeatedly described as cold, unwelcoming, and unhelpful, especially when resolving problems like rooms with poor views or malfunctioning key cards. While the on-site food is great, the overall value is questioned. The cost of the stay is considered high for the level of service and convenience provided, with many guests feeling disappointed and unsure if they would return.
The outside of the building is in desperate need of a pressure wash in a repaint.

The outdoor pool area is the best. 10 out of 10, highly recommended. Definitely the only highlight though. The rest of the resort can use an update.

Location is good however quality is closer to a 2 star. Sheets had a bad smell and I agree with the other reviews that there was a strange smell in the corridor.
