“I had a package stuck in DHL "on-hold" limbo. DHL's website gave no instructions on how to proceed, and their online service just sent me around in circles. Went to Skymart (since I've picked up DHL packages from there before) and the guy at the counter got everything sorted with DHL, even though it wasn't his fault at all. Super helpful!The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it was my second trip there. I had tried going there on Saturday during business hours and they were mysteriously closed without any explanation.”

“Great googly moogly!!!! This place is what's up! First off the extremely beautiful woman working there, I believe her name is Meegan or Nancy is awesome!! No matter how horrible your day has been, when you walk in and see her gorgeous brown eyes and that smile that could light up Safeco it is instantly turned around! Super clean units at a fraction of the competition prices. Trust me, I've don't my do diligence and they smoke their competitors! If you need storage or the best P.O. box this side of the Rockies then GO TO K'S!! Honestly, if you didn't I would have to question you as a human....”

Not only is it awesome to have a one stop shop when shipping (they compare shipping companies and costs and get you the best price), but when there is an issue (which is too often these days), they take it on and follow up for you! UPS lost our package, and it was the staff at timekeepers that filed the claim, followed up, and called us once it was solved. I will always ship with timekeepers, I can’t be more grateful.”
