“There is no parallel to this shop in town or anywhere nearby. We are so lucky to have somewhere to buy insanely unique decor and hardware! If you're remodelling your home or even thinking about it, you owe it to yourself to stop in and see what they have!!”
“I went to this store back in October to pick up couple supplies needed for our camping trip. I was a bit desperate as we had a little „emergency” with our trailer haha. The gentleman named Jerry was so so helpful and patient as I tried to explain what I needed (English is my second language, so finding right „trade words” is not my expertise haha).Thank you for your service!”

“This is the best Home Hardware store I have ever been to, by far! Excellent customer service and a huge store! We drove all the way from west kelowna to buy a smoker. I had called about 7 other home hardware stores, looking for the smoker I wanted. No one had stock except Shepherds. Highly recommend shopping here!”
