“I had the pleasure of speaking with Pam at Spall Storage Centre recently. It had been a trying week for me due to the Canada Post strike and the many logistics issues it was causing for the company I work for.

I left a voicemail to confirm that a customer's package had arrived, and Pam called me back. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Pam knew exactly where the package was (in her hands, to be exact, LOL) and what our customer needed to do to retrieve it from them.

She also knew the entire shipping process inside out, including the routes the drivers take. All my questions were answered accurately, quickly and with impeccable professionalism!

I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air it was to speak with Pam after a day of frustrations and stress. If I could give her ten stars, I would!

“Well twice now I have had to use U-Haul and both those times were great!! Both times I had a very helpful woman behind the counter. Two separate people but both equally as good. Literally save the day both times. My move wouldn't have happened the first time without them and this time just getting ready for a baby needing a dolly. I can't speak for the other locations but this one specifically will have me coming back for a long time.”
