I drove to Bowen Island from Washington state and experienced car issues the first day on the island. I was recommended this shop by 3 different locals. Not only was everyone (from admin to mechanics) extremely kind and accommodating last minute on top of a pretty full schedule, but they were very honest, transparent, and fair about pricing and the issues upfront. Being on a time crunch as I had to leave the island, they still saw me last minute and ordered the necessary parts for my BMW.
