“I had my transmission fluid and pan with filter changed here as part of regular maintenance, and I’m very happy with the service. This was the only transmission shop that correctly recommended using genuine fluid and the original pan/filter for my ZF 8HP70 transmission. Other shops wanted to use aftermarket fluid or mix fluids, which I was not comfortable with.
I also had my differential and transfer case fluids changed, and everything was handled professionally. Kevin and the whole team were knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. The pricing was reasonable and fair as well.

“Russ and the team are great. They are friendly transparent and honest, they give me all of the information and education I need to empower me to make choices and balance costs. They clearly lay out the must have vs nice to have and enable me to plan in the future for upcoming needs and costs without surprises.
I have had a few time sensitive needs with trips and emergency fixes, they are always do their best to accommodate where they can. In return I always like tell them when I am in no rush so they can balance other customers needs as they have mine.

“My 2018 BMW X1 needed a replacement for a rear Differential and Driveshaft flex coupler. I was given a detailed analysis and list on the quote and the repair cost matched that.
I found the whole quote request, booking, drop-off and pick-up process very smooth and professional. The repair work was done within the day as promised and my car runs very smoothly now.
I was especially impressed that they reattached my bike rack and bike to the back of the car for me.
