“I’ve always had good service here. This is a compact and well stocked liquor store. The people on the counter have been courteous and on the ball. I spoke with two of the owners as well, they were both cool and helpful.They have a vision to expand the premises into something much bigger. In the car park is an ATM, and after your drink, you can rent a car at Alamo Enterprise next door. If you get into a scrape, Clare Downey is just a few feet away. I expect the three businesses work well together ?”

“I shop here always because the selection is great, the staff helpful, and you will generally find a favourite wine on sale. The good thing is a quick cash out due to lots of really pleasant cashiers.Plus parking is a dream! Also, probably not well known, but in the fall (November) they have a Premium Spirit release where you can score some limited editions of your favourites. Some more affordable and others more rare…but line up early!”
“Small private liquor store. Prices are decent - not exorbitantly higher than BC Liquor stores. Good selection and staff are helpful if you have questions. They do have a membership program.”

“This is why I go to the liquor store... I learned to like "Old Fashioned" cocktails at an event and came home with various recipes that all included Bitters. I know nothing about Bitters. I went in and asked if they carried it and boy do they carry it (them). The gent asked if I wanted the full on and he proceeded to educated me way more than my little brain could absorb but with what I could take in, I have a much better understanding and their great selection, let the experimenting begin. Washington and Oregon breweries have some of the best beer I’ve ever had. And as nice as Deschutes is, it doesn’t count. It’s Oregon’s face label beer. lol”

“Ked was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in his dealings with me. I was looking for a type of wine that would suit my tastes and he recommended an excellent one. I asked for help out to my car and he courteously obliged, as well. Excellent service!The reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because they no longer allow dogs in the store. It used to be such a delight to see my dog get all excited in anticipation to know he was going to get a treat (he even knew where the treats were kept). A lot of customers loved having a little “cheer me up” visit with him, and he’s never caused any kind of troubles. Why do they take away these small enjoyments for people? It’s sad. Hopefully they will reconsider allowing a little happiness back and reverse this rule. We could all use a little smile in our current world these days.Thank you Ked for your kindness! :) Your type of excellent service is becoming a lost art.”

“Was there for a 60th Birthday upstairs great service appetizers very good selection was provided.Management if you sit by the fireplace the carpet is well worn very lumpy as chairs get hung up and tripping hazard. Besides that minor issue great place to have a private party.”
“The Four mile liquor store in Colwòod had exactly what I was looking for.The store is a pretty nice size. They have a wide assortment of wines to pick from. If you only need a tall can of something, they probably might even have that. They have many different flavors to pick from. 4 Mile definitely will see me there more often. One of my other local stores stopped carrying an item that I have now found at the 4!”
