“This place is really efficient. For a basic car wash it's $30 and for basic inside and out it's $50 dollars. Opted to get a external only car wash and went walking around. When I came back after 15 minutes it was already done.For the price if you're just doing basic stuff, I think it's worth.”

“Imperial Auto came to my rescue after my car broke down while I was driving. Not knowing what the issue was and being from out of town, I called Imperial Street Auto Repair as they were in the neighborhood. They don't take appointments but they said I could bring the car in that afternoon. I got it there after closing and the next day they began working on my car. Dave, the owner, was very polite and respectful when he explained what work needed to be done.They discovered the timing belt had broke, gave me a quote based on the average time to fix and tried their best to have the car ready by the next business day (as long as the engine wasn't also damaged). Alas, my 25 year old vehicle was very rusty and the labour time doubled due to the care the mechanics needed to take to not break the rusty parts while installing a new timing belt kit. To my surprise, Dave honoured his original quote even though he probably should have charged me double or more due to the extra labour time. Dave and his staff treat you like a customer that they want to come back! They are true to their word when they advertise "honest and affordable" service. My car is running great now....thanks Imperial Auto!”

“5 stars simply because it's the only self serve wash in the area. Bonuses are it's open 24/7 and has machines with debit and credit card readers that dispense tokens. Seriously what more could you ask for? Please never close!I'm updating my review because the last two times I've been here the machine has pre authorized my card for the maximum amount but the merchant has not accepted the actual tokens bought so the difference has not been refunded. Please fix this! It's tying up $30+ in my credit card!”
