When I did have an issue with them, they took responsibility and threw in some extras to make up for the trouble. All shops make mistakes every so often but taking responsibility and ensuring the customer leaves happy is what gets a repeat from me. “Amazing team, amazing experience! I have been going to different car wash for the past few years but this one honestly was the best. Their soap has different colours and i talked with Robin who told us all the different things they do for their express wash and detailing. I got my bf a full detailing and we didn't quite understand what leather spa was until our car came back and the leather, the matt, the carpet was a WHOLE other colour than what we were used to seeing (yes our car was dirty...) thank you for a great service!!”

“Took my daughter's Honda Civic in for fluid replacement and was impressed with their customer service.They noticed corrosion around the car battery stems, so they wire brushed that off and cleaned the area up for free. They also polished the faded head lights...They had a waiting room with free bottled water and TV'S to watch, so easy to wait for our car.Recommend for car repair or autobody work, and will definitely be back.”

“Came in for full interior and exterior cleaning / hand washing, and waxing for the first timeOverall, at a far distance my car was sparkling clean and it's shinyBut if you look carefully, you can still spot some left over wax residue on the nooks and crannies. I have asked the staff to wipe off the obvious residue before I left. However, there were still lots of wax that can be discovered after I went homeFull in/ out clean, I consider to be fair. Wax, I think it's a little priceyService is quite good and friendlyI want to give this shop another try on my next car wash. I really hope they can improve the attention to detail. There are 4 selections for the washing, a little bit expensive if you choose the polish wash, but I am still satisfied with the result. The drying time can be longer, maybe 10 seconds? By the way, this carwash is not as bad as people said.”
