I highly recommend Francis and Johnson at Urban AC autoworks! Francis was honest, professional, and went above and beyond to diagnose and repair my car’s broken AC. He took the time to properly troubleshoot the problem. The best part is he keeps you updated on all the steps he is doing with the car. What was quoted on diagnosis was the same charge and bill on pick up.
In addition, he also fixed the broken seat trim on my car without letting me know and charging me for it!
I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail. The AC is working great now, and I’m very happy with the service. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust, and I would definitely come back to him again. Highly recommended! 👍”

“I had a screw stuck in my tire so I took it to Mo’s Garage. I live in the neighborhood and have always noticed that the place is busy so I was honestly impressed that the owner himself, Mo, took the time to help me out.
After checking the tire, Mo discovered that the screw was actually too short to puncture the tire. Thankfully, there was no damage or air leak.
What really stood out to me was that Mo didn’t charge me anything. He could have easily charged for his time but instead, he helped me out and simply said there was no need to pay. I really appreciated the gesture so I gave him a good tip as a small way of saying thank you. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Mo’s Garage to others. Thanks, Mo! 🍻”

“I had an accident a few days before Christmas, and GS Auto was the only auto shop close by that was open past 6pm. Prince and Michael are lifesavers, as they helped me arrange with a towing company (one they trusted that wouldn't overcharge), and waited until I got there even though they were closing. They went above and beyond to help me, even dropping me off where I needed as I was stranded without a car. They worked through the weekend to get my car fixed in record time, kept me updated on the process, and it was ready for pickup before Christmas.
I travel between the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland for work, and I lost my means to go to work during my busiest season. Having an accident, then needing to spend a large unexpected expense WHILE being out of work was really distressing, and they understood that. They gave me a really price and found secondhand parts to save money (my vehicle is secondhand and ~20yrs old anyhow, it needs nothing fancy). And they did all this while the owner was away.
You can trust that they're not there to gyp you, and they're transparent about everything. They also checked the rest of the car to make sure everything was A-OK after the fix was done. Thank you again for doing a fantastic job, Michael and Prince!”

“I was recommended Bill&Walters by a friend of my for maintenance on my Acura MDX. I previously taken it to the dealership and gotten a crazy quote and some hassle With procedures, For example, they refuse to do my alignment without getting new tires, which was unreasonable. “I knew I was getting close to requiring a brake job soon, so I started doing some of my own on-line research. It didn't take long before I found myself reading about KMF. Since they weren't too far from home, I decided to drop by and check out the place in person. Once there, I met and spent quite awhile talking to Mike and he answered all my questions and address each of my specific concerns in detail and with patience. Satisfied, I made an appointment for a complete break job. On the day of my appointment they were ready for me without delay. When my car was ready, I picked it up later that same day. Even without asking he checked my oil level, noticed I was low, and recommended I top it up. What company does those extras anymore? I'll tell ya who....... Mike and KMF Automotive. “Very honest, knowledgeable and reliable mechanics. I did some research online for top mechanics in the Burnaby area and his name showed up in several sites. Went here for my partner’s Prius that was previously diagnosed by another shop that the engine needs replacement (after 1 week of getting the car, used). I wanted a second opinion from Tim and he with his team helped me to troubleshoot the problem, and reassured that the engine is running ok and doesn’t need replacement just yet. Will be my go-to mechanics moving forward. Also found out he’s teaching at BCIT, so he is legit. Highly recommended”

I called HTP Auto and while Jas (the owner) was away he had his friend Jag running the shop.
I had such a pleasant experience with Jag and all the staff rushing to get parts and fixing my van over a weekend so I could get home.
Jag was extremely professional and friendly, kept me up to date and really helped me out when I was in such a panic.
