“I've known Mike for nearly 30 years. The quality of his work and his honesty in dealings with customers are first rate! I've taken 5 different vehicles to Mike over the years and he has only done the work necessary, and at a lower shop rate than the dealerships, with no attempts to upsell on anything. The reason that there are wait times in some instances is that he is essentially a 1-mechanic show with a huge (and loyal!) customer base that are all clamoring for his services!”

“Been coming in to OpenRoad Audi for past 5 years with my A3 for regular servicing and have always been very satisfied with the work and costumer service.
Recently upgraded to a Q5 for my growing family with help from sales rep Allen Moadab and he was nothing but knowledgable, helpful and accommodating - working with the timeline of a crying baby is not easy! He even accommodated a second visit last minute to see if we could fit the dogs in the trunk - talk about going above and beyond.
Allen came in on his day off to ensure our delivery went smoothly, and provided us with some extra goodies to go home for the pups.
Also notable was Delivery Specialist Jason C. who was incredibly knowledgable and helpful in explaining all the features of our new car.
