The communication was excellent, the repair was well explained and the work was done very quickly. The team at Craftsman even washed, vacuumed and wiped down the interior of my vehicle.Lastly, Sam went above and beyond! When picking up my vehicle, I mentioned there was a light scratch on the door. That had been there for some time and was not caused by them. He asked me to show him. After looking at it, he asked me to pull up to the door. He sanded and buffed the scratch out free of charge. I was very impressed by this. Also, he did this at the end of his workday.It seems rare to have people go above and beyond nowadays.”
