My email quote request was replied to in a timely manner. Someone actually answered my call without making me hold for 5+ minutes. My concerns about pricing were immediately addressed over the phone, and my appointment was booked right then.
Two days later, they remembered that I preferred an earlier slot and reached out to offer a new opening. Quick installation, a decent waiting area, and good coffee.
I can't imagine how you could offer better service for a hitch installation. Thanks!”

“I bought my Toyota RAV4 from Bijan at OpenRoad Honda Burnaby. There were some problems with the vehicle after I purchased it, but Bijan made sure to listen to all of my concerns and did everything he could to get the issues fixed.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with two of the Assistant Managers. They were not cooperative at all and I felt like my concerns were not being properly listened to or taken seriously.
However, Bijan genuinely listened to all of my concerns and took them seriously. He was very patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the whole situation. Even after selling me the car, he continued to help and made sure the problems were addressed. I really appreciate that he actually listened to me and cared about making things right. His customer service was excellent and he truly went above and beyond!
I also want to thank the General Manager for taking the time to listen to my concerns and helping resolve the situation. Overall, I really appreciate everything Bijan did and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!”
