Coles at Lougheed Town Centre is a neat, clean, and well-organized bookstore. It is considered a staple and an old standby for many visitors. The store offers a huge variety and reasonably good selection of books for all ages and interests, with good sales often available. Helpful and friendly staff provide excellent service. Beyond books, the store also features gorgeous merchandise including beautiful notebooks, cups, postcards, mugs, and other gift-type items, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere. It is consistently described as worth a visit.

Love visiting this place! They have a huge variety of books for both kids and adults. Beautiful notebooks, cups, and postcards always make me feel cozy and warm here.

Lots of selection and really friendly/helpful staff. Clean and organized and good sales on books near the front. Not much more you can ask of a book store. One of the staples when we come visit the mall.
