“I had such a wonderful experience at Coles in Lougheed Mall, thanks to Nicky!
I was looking for a sound book for my little boy, but I couldn’t find it anywhere in the store. I asked Nicky for some help, and she was incredibly kind and patient. She took the time to look for the book for me and successfully found it.
I also asked if they had any blue-colored toy cars for my boy. Instead of simply telling me what was available, Nicky went above and beyond. She brought out a box containing the toy cars and showed me all the options so I could see the different colors and styles. She was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and never made me feel like I was bothering her.
As a parent shopping for a child, I really appreciated how attentive and thoughtful she was. Her kindness and willingness to help made the shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable.
Thank you so much, Nicky, for your wonderful customer service! Coles is lucky to have such a kind and helpful staff member. I truly appreciated all your help and wanted to make sure your excellent service was recognized. 💙”
“I don't buy Korean books often, but when I bought them in the past, I had to buy them from US. Buying them directly from Korea is very difficult as I do not have any Korean identification.
After Han Kang received the Novel prize, I had to read her books in Korean, and I accidentally discovered this store.
They ordered books they don't have in inventory to Korean publisher, and they shipped them to me in timely manner.
When Canada Post went into strike, they quickly switched to UPS and shipped the books to my home.
I will definitely buy more Korean books from this store in future.”
“As old alumni it's fun to wander through the logo merchandise and see modern versions of the old crest. Lots of items to wear and many to just display on walls or shelves. Pretty nice book selection as well.”
“I like all bookstores and this one is a high traffic location which seems to have great customer service - it's a top pick location for many people, great set of regulars as well! Great place to shop for books and more!”
