  Disappointed with the delivery attempt. The driver rang the doorbell and walked away right away (not even a 5-second wait). I was home and could have received it. Please improve delivery attempt standards so drivers ring/knock and wait briefly before leaving.

  I had an excellent experience at the FedEx Ship Centre on Dawson Street. The staff member was very fast, efficient, and handled everything smoothly. She was also extremely nice, polite, and professional, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great customer service and a very well-managed location.

  Please deliver my package it been 3 days and they have my Christmas tree they said because wasn't here I couldn't receive it just leave at door pls or call me next time
