Disappointed with the delivery attempt. The driver rang the doorbell and walked away right away (not even a 5-second wait). I was home and could have received it. Please improve delivery attempt standards so drivers ring/knock and wait briefly before leaving.
Need to go pick it up now. :(

I had an excellent experience at the FedEx Ship Centre on Dawson Street. The staff member was very fast, efficient, and handled everything smoothly. Please deliver my package it been 3 days and they have my Christmas tree they said because wasn't here I couldn't receive it just leave at door pls or call me next time
