Im a frequent customer to this store and the staff are usually very nice. Today I had an awful experience with the old woman at checkout. I asked her to repeat what she said a couple of times because I genuinely wasn’t understanding what she was saying because of her accent, she had an awful attitude throughout the transaction and didn’t smile once.

Good quality clothing that lasts, not an outlet so all items like on website are here and even if the new hires don't know everything, the managers are around with the knowledge you need!

Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. While I was trying on a sweat set, the employee working started making rude remarks outside as if I couldn’t hear her. If you aren’t willing to do your job in customer service then why work in it.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF!! The older lady in the green sweater today was sooo rude and horrible to customers. Her attitude was awful and she recommended I go to Walmart instead even after I purchased something! Due to this interaction I will never purchase at this store/GAP again. Awful customer service

They (specifically the store manager) refused to sell me a paper bag today. If you can't sell someone your exclusive paper bag for 25¢, they will likely not come back to your business.

It was my first time visiting the store and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The customer service was 10/10 and I would make a special mention to one of the sales associate, her name was Diana and she was so sweet and helpful to every customer and acted quickly on their needs for different sizes etc. The store was well organized and tidy. A 10/10 experience!

This place was very well organized and all items perfectly priced and promotional items well marked. Kids, women and men department were sperated and easy too find.

If I can give them a zero star I will!!!! Very bad customer service!!!! Management should be checking out how the staffs. Specially the manager how they do their customer service! It’s just garbage!!!

Not much variety and the prices have gone up quite high recently for what you're getting. Unless you're getting something on sale.
