Recently I was at this store with my grand kid. We had the displeasure of meeting this person Colin who muttered mean nasty stuff about her coworkers under the breath. I told her we are fine and waited for someone else to help us. To my surprise she kept eavesdropping, when a nice lady helped us.

I would like to share my appreciation for Leilani, who works at the Lougheed Centre location. On more than one occasion her sweet smile and willingness to help the customers have made my day! She gives 150% to her job! I was in a pretty big line up (as usual this store location is always understaffed intentionally, don't believe their 'someone called in sick' excuse one bit). I had to pick up something from the Photo Centre and unfortunately I left my wallet in the car and she offered to help in-spite of being the only person at the counter. I was so pleased when she told me that she will remember me by face when I come back and I won't have to wait a lot. I am thankful for staff like her! - Kelvin

My photos were not done correctly, Leilani helped me and I got my photo's redone without extra charges. She is super polite and friendly. I always like to talk to her as she is very engaging and frank. Later she helped me with headphone purchase as well. Would highly recommend others to ask for Leilani, as my experience in the past at this store was not consistent.

I just want to share my good experience dealing with Leo at Auto Insurance. I called their 1800 # and he was very helpful, pleasant, and he made sure that I was satisfied with the result of my inquiry. He went the extra mile for me. he is definitely a rockstar! If you need insurance for your car, talk to him and he won't disappoint!

I was helped at the photo pickup counter by Leilani, she is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is down to earth and easily approachable. She made my day. I wish all other employees were like her. She should be a manager.

I regular Saturday, I finished my errand and in need to take a photo for my online application of certain things. Drove to London Labs at this location…Realized there is no service at the photo lab. I was there taking photo today, and the technician lady (the blonde one) was arrogant and constantly interrupted me.Whenever I tried to go over some details on the photo dimensions with her, she is like “No need to tell me, I have been doing this for 20 years”Ask if I can take a look at the photo before finalizing the result, she is like “No”.I mean, what the actual f I just went through.

I took my hard earned gambling winnings to this location looking for deals. I saw a product on sale and thought, great my winnings will go further here. Then I got charged full price! Once again, my wallet was under complete bombardment. Full frontal assault from casino and government, with maximum chicanery bait and switch from London drugs. After much arguing and feeling clown shoed, London drugs told me the discount tag expired and it's not their policy to follow the scanner code of ethics. Well I keep it simple , I won't be back here again and I said keep your product. Do I work here ? Am I supposed to keep track of what tags are expired or not? I'm exhausted making and protecting my winnings and for once I just want an establishment not to use trickery to separate me from my wallet. Good day!
