I recently visited this Old Navy store for the first time. My shopping experience inside the store was smooth — I found what I needed, and the checkout process went well. However, when I was leaving, the door alarm went off. The manager came to check my items, which was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially since I had paid for everything. I’m not sure why the alarm went off, but the experience left me feeling uneasy. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it might be my last. Please fixed it

I had a very disappointing experience at Old Navy due to the behavior of one of the employees, Harleen. While I was at the billing counter, she continually interrupted and spoke over another employee who was helping me more patiently and respectfully.
Her dismissive tone and lack of professionalism created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a customer, it was frustrating to watch an employee treat a coworker so rudely in front of me. It not only made the experience unpleasant, but it also reflected poorly on the store’s overall customer service standards.
I hope management addresses this kind of behavior, as it has a real impact on both staff morale and customer satisfaction.

Don’t trust their online hours. Got here at 10 AM for opening. Specifically checked online to make sure that they would be open. There were about seven people waiting outside for them to open. Someone came to the gate saying that they don’t open until 11. I told them to double check and confirm their posted online hours. The sales associate then checked with the manager and said they don’t open until 10:30. No hours were posted outside of the store. I then communicated that they need to either update their online hours because where else are people supposed to check, or at least have a posted sign at their door on a specific day they will be opening later.

Had an odd experience at this location, the cashier said they no longer use pennies in Canada, so she could only give my mom $4 instead of $4.04 for change. That doesn’t make sense to me since rounding should mean I get $4.05. It’s frustrating when policies like this aren’t communicated clearly. My mom’s English is not very good, and I felt that the cashier might have been treating her unfairly because of that.
