He grabbed the tires from my trunk, made sure everything was ok. His team balanced it while I waited. That didn't take any time at all. And they also made sure to put it back in my trunk when they were done. I also want to shout out to Darwyn; he offered a fresh cup of coffee while I waited. First impressions are everything. “Ordered brand new winter tires from Black Circle. I called before hand to get a quote for changing the winter tires. Was quoted $135. After the tires got changed was told that there is an additional $10 for materials fee. This place is already charging more than other places (I normally get charged $100 to $120 for changing to winter tires). I ended up paying $163 after taxes and this "material" charge. Ended up paying more than expected. Was definitely not transparent about their pricing.Edit: Owner reached out properly to fix the miscommunication.”
