“I purchased a set of Michelin in May for an older B class. The tires they chose gave a smoother ride than the previous Michelin??
Good choice by the staff I guess.
Today the tire pressure indicator came on the car, so I drove to Ladner from town and despite being extremely busy, all were understanding and accommodating after I realized there was a screw in the tire.
We were put through within a couple of hours and the repair was granted under their policy.
I was most thankful!
Thank you all.”
“Huge thank you to mobile tire tech Hailey. She showed up quickly and fixed the tires on my work truck promptly so I could get back to work. Very professional, very polite and very speedy! Thanks!”
“Randy’s is always accommodating and does everything they can to get my car back on the road quickly and safely. I’ve had both Andrew and Randy work on my vehicle, and I always trust that they’ll only recommend what’s actually necessary. They’re professional, honest, and efficient. They’ve been my family’s go-to for all things automotive for years, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
“I had a wheel lock on my car that both the dealership and Kal Tire were unable to remove. I brought it to Fountain Tire, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to help me when others couldn’t.
They took the time to assess the issue properly and handled it with skill and confidence. The level of customer service was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced at a tire shop. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful — I can’t say enough good things about this team.
If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about helping customers and knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Fountain Tire.”
“Amazing and trustworthy shop with genuine products and honest service — you can shop here with full confidence. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make sure every customer leaves satisfied.”

“Mo and his team at National Tire are professional, quick and provide excellent service. Had to bring in last minute car to replace flat tires and Mo was able to source the matching tires fairly quickly and got it all fixed in less than 2 days. I also had our Tesla 3 tires changed out over the weekend and it was quick and efficient. Will come back again!”
