“Had an issue with my pickup that prompted me to visit my local dealership on Vancouver Island. Truck has under 90k on it, and was told that the torque converter needed replacing, at a cost of over $5k, so decided to research more before acting. Checked with a few other shops in my VI neighbourhood, with only one giving me a quote...of $7k sight unseen 😳. Given all this knowledge, decided to contact Pacific Driveline in Burnaby (from where I moved 5 years ago). John at PD said come over and we'll check it out. With such a highly rated place, I figured it was worth the effort...and it was! John was soooo professional and informative. Long story short, the torque converter did NOT need to be replaced, but the transmission needed a good servicing...net cost just over $900. I couldn't be more satisfied!! Thanks John, for being fair and honest, two qualities that are getting harder to find these days. You're the best!”

I previously taken it to the dealership and gotten a crazy quote and some hassle With procedures, For example, they refuse to do my alignment without getting new tires, which was unreasonable. I came to Bill and Walters and they were able to do it within the day and for half the Price it would have cost me at the dealership. Great service, Customer care is also amazing. Highly recommend.”
