The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. However, there are NEVER enough tellers and always have to wait way too long!! They also need to move clients along faster when there is a line up. If individuals have financial matters that take more than 5 mins, they need to tell to make an appointment instead.

It is the first bank we opened an account with in Canada. The systems operate easily and safely. Their staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend it to anyone new to Canada.
