“walked in without and appointment to open an account and they were able to find Kito who was available. overall, was happy with the service he provided. however, reading the paperwork before signing, i was asked to acknowledge that i received a copy of their privacy terms and some other info. Kito said they don’t provide booklets of that info anymore, and that it is available online. so i will ask Vancity to change that wording since i DID NOT RECEIVE A COPY.also, 0 lines at the time i went which was a monday at 1pm.”

“Brentwood Branch #43 is actually my home branch. I have been with this location for 15 yrs. Started off making this my home branch as a staff member back in 2008, & after words now I am dealing with this branch as a Vancity Client. I have always recieved above average customer service from the staff at this branch. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgable, Curtious, & always found a solution to my problem. Infact I have only had to call to the front desk & explained what financial difficulty I was facing & the account manager solved my issue just over the phone in less than 10 minute's.
