Always fab in the computer department! But this time I’m not quite so satisfied.. brought my iPhone in because my battery was discharging too quickly , thought I needed a new battery. It lasted, maybe 3/4 of the day
They tested it and said yes I do they recommended I put a new battery in .. so I got a new battery and it still lasts only 3/4 of the day.
I tried to come in and talk to them and they said to put it on low data mode it that didn’t work, it’s still only lasts 3/4 of the day so I’m just not happy I feel like I got charged $120 for something that did not fix the problem.. and now I can’t bring it back because the time is up. ?

I swear to God, NOT MY FAULT.
Had the worst experience while returning shoes foam insoles with the person named Colin(the supervisor or whatever). I bought the men ones and while returning, he said the receipt doesn’t match. That’s the only freaking receipt I had. I didn’t even get enough mad at him but he said he’s gonna call police on me. He said he could do this all day but started shaking in 2 minutes??♂️ What a womp womp guy he is.
Well, If cashier makes a mistake, it’s our fault that we didn’t make sure. OK

There is always so many crazy sales here, sometimes 50% off a $2,000 item!
The customer service is great, although I rated it only 4 stars for nitpicky reasons - they are so over staffed sometimes, that it can just feel a bit smothering in certain departments when I’m asked a few times within 10 minutes if I need help when I’m just looking, but truly that’s not a big deal

I would have given them 0 stars, but one is the minimum. We were waiting there for twenty minutes to get a SIM card and none of the workers were actually busy they were just wondering around. And no one came to help us, bad service, does not recommend.

I went to the photo lab this past week and they were super helpful and kind. It was blown away with they care they had and their excellent customer service. They truly went above and beyond

As a visitor to the area, I needed a prescription filled. Very helpful staff and absolutely no problem ?
Also, as I have extended health insurance, Lucas was quick to enquire and made the necessary adjustments.
In and out in just minutes, and made my day better.

Awful, horrible service at the pharmacy. I gave them 3 trys & every single time they failed miserably. The pharmacy staff is horrifically rude thats if they even acknowledge you. Standing & waiting well over 10 minutes, nobody in line, while they are busy talking to each other. I just wanted to fill prescription & NO ONE helps you, they don't even acknowledge you! NEVER EVER AGAIN. TAKING MY BUSINESS & TELLING ALL MY PATIENTS TO AVOID THAT PHARMACY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Don't they realize if it wasn’t for the customers they'd be without a damn job. Save yourself the agony & abuse & go somewhere else. (The store itself however has a nice team, maybe they should give their pharmacy department a few lessons on how to treat people)

Frank quickly dealt with the problem with our computer by removing the software that was causing the problem but I was surprised to be charged since we had the computer for less than a month and the problem was caused by software that was loaded onto the computer by LD, not software that we requested.Update: The department manager contacted me, investigated the incident thoroughly and offered to refund my money even though my actions were the cause of the problem. One could not possibly expect better customer service than I have received from London Drugs.

Campbell River, bc location-pharmacy.Incredibly incompetent. We havegiven them 6 months of the sameprescription, to rectify their mistakesand get their stuff together. Nomatter how much time we give themto fill a prescription, it is never ready.Sometimes we have been told weWould have to wait another dayThese are time sensitive meds. Weare transparent in our needs, we aretold they will be met (one daymissed is detrimental), with extratime given to fill, and we aredisappointed every time. And thenwhen calmly questioned, we aretreated poor.I have never experienced suchincompetence while supposedlytaking care of people's health...what the heck. It seems like thepharmacy needs new people wholike their jobs.Moving on.And in a time when reviews are almost everything. Way to go.
