“Frank quickly dealt with the problem with our computer by removing the software that was causing the problem but I was surprised to be charged since we had the computer for less than a month and the problem was caused by software that was loaded onto the computer by LD, not software that we requested.Update: The department manager contacted me, investigated the incident thoroughly and offered to refund my money even though my actions were the cause of the problem. One could not possibly expect better customer service than I have received from London Drugs.”
