“I needed to Topup engine oil, I phoned a couple of shops in CR to ask if they have the oil for my car or else I have to drive Nanaimo and Gladly, only North Island Lube carry it, and got in same day, Kyle explained to me thoroughly and very transparent to what they’re doing in my car and I could not be happier with the experience. The Manager Kyle and the whole Crew was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The work was completed on time, the pricing was fair and transparent, and my car is running great. It is hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust most especially my car Benz AMG I need to drive to Nanaimo to do any mechanic job, but North Island Lube has earned my loyalty. Highly recommended to anyone in the area! Exceptional Service.”
“This place went above and beyond! The gentleman who served me, Jacob, did so quickly, efficiently, and was extremely charming while doing so. He even had a treat for my dog. 5 stars.”
