“Really friendly people. Came out with bolt cutters after hours as we couldn't find our key for the new lock that was installed.Price is very reasonable.The driveway was terrible to navigate during the snow. Took 3 tries to get through the gate as it was too icy to get a grip. Thankfully snow is a rare occurrence. :)Have been renting at this location for nearly 12 years while we were off roaming in our semi.”

“Used Bigsteelbox for a move from Calgary to Nanaimo. Price was $1000 less than their nearest competitor, and the container was significantly larger. They dropped the container when they said they would, picked it up when they said they would, and had it in my new city sooner than quoted. Excellent communication every step of the way. The unit arrived very clean, and while we encountered a rain/hail storm when packing it, not a drop of water came inside, so I have no doubts about the weatherproofness. 5 star service! I highly recommend spending the extra on this service vs a U-Haul”
