“We are here from Alberta for the weekend and our check engine light came on this morning. Brought the truck in and they immediately came out with their code reader, explained what they found and charged me nothing in the end. They didn’t try and sell me anything, cleared the code as it was nothing. They were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. “Just going to say sales and service was great but suspect they need more loaner cars given they service a wide RURAL area. My car (11,000km) has a non functioning battery and could be towed in, but they are too busy for a week to see it. They 'might' get to it if its towed in but then I'm without a vehicle for a week , I can't even go to the store to get milk and don't have transport in case of emergency. . No loaners are available. As someone who lives rurally, I must have transportation and it would be $900 to rent a car for that time. (what am I doing? a lot of honda roadside assistance boosts and the next time it's boosted, I will go and buy a booster) Whole situation could be solved with a couple more loaner cars.”

Called Kaitlyn (sp) and not only did she found tires (none in 300km radius) but secured an appointment for me the next day! Patrick, helped load my old tires. I have never felt more taken care of!
