“We have a 2006 Sports Coach class A motorhome.we were returning from wintering in the US and came across at Sumas, lost a serpentine belt right at the border on Easter Sunday. We limbed our coach to our RV park, contacted Mountain Pacific on Monday, Michelle scheduled the work and parts then sent Elliot to preform the work. It was a straight forward repair that had a few twists and turns. Elliot was such a caring professional who took our problem personally and made it right, a great quality in an employee these days.

“I am very impressed with Shelby at fountain tire Chilliwack he did everything he could to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Shelby knew I was coming from a three hour drive away to make the purchase that I saw online. The installation was about twice as long as he originally told me and he apologized many times and explained that one of his employees had been sick that day so everything was backed up, which is understandable. He wants to make sure that his customers are satisfied when they leave.”

“Our motorhome broke down on the Coquihalla and had to be towed to Chilliwack. Agrimotive held a spot to take a look at the unit for as soon as the tow truck got it there. Fortunately it wasn’t a huge fix and they got the part and had us back on the road in a few hours. There service and their kindness was amazing. I highly recommend.”
“I had a flat tire and after calling almost a dozen places (including Canadian Tire and Kal Tire) i was told the earliest they could patch my tire was in 2 days from now.
Ken's took me right away. I had to wait about 20 mins but compared to the 2 day quote from elsewhere, that was totally understandable.

“Awesome service. I had an issue with my 2003 dodge Ram where the coolant kept disappearing out of the reservoir with no leak to be found. Called around and everyone was to busy to look at it but when I called this place he was able to fit me in that day to take a look at it. I would have never guessed but it turned out just to be a cracked radiator cap. I changed it and problem was solved. Very thankful to have found this place and highly recommend it.”

“I was visiting from out of town when my truck broke down in the same parking lot as Total Automotive. Even though it was at a busy opening time, Frank provided excellent customer service in figuring out the problem, sourcing the difficult to get parts and managed to squeeze the repair in on a busy Friday with a full schedule for the day and for the following week. Even if they couldn’t do the repairs they offered to try and find a shop that would and a tow. Luckily they were able to fix the truck and provided a very detailed report of the problems with images, repairs made, and recommendations. I really appreciated the full safety check they did as well which made me feel much safer driving the truck since the emergency repair problem could have resulted in a serious accident had I not stopped in the parking lot. Without their help and repair service I would have been stranded for days. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone in the Chilliwack area for professional, friendly and excellent service. - Sara”

“My mother in laws 2012 Hyundai Tucson broke down on HWY 1 near Hope BC. BCAA recommended we tow it to Broadway Motors where they inspected the vehicle and determined the engine was completely seized. They told me this is a known issue with Hyundais/ KIA’s and outlined the steps I could take to have this addressed via a Hyundai dealership … long story is they saved my mother in law about $6,000 as the local Hyundai dealership I dealt with as a result ( also excellent to deal with ) ended up opening a claim and replacing the engine and starter motor and billing Hyundai Canada directly, Broadway Motors only charged a nominal inspection fee to diagnose the initial problem. I can’t thank them enough for helping us as they could have profited from an engine replacement but their integrity and honesty would make me a loyal lifetime customer if I lived anywhere near Chilliwack .”

“Tracy and the team at Westend went above and beyond. I had an ICBC claim for a broken window, they originally told me probably a month before it could get fixed. Tracey called me later that day and said they could get glass for the following day and could have it fixed shortly after. They also wanted to make sure my family and I could get around safely and lent us a courtesy car free of charge until our car was fixed. (Which was extremely helpful having just come out of the hospital with a newborn). I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. Truly one of the best shops around.”

“Wanted to take a moment to thank the staff at Big O Tires help to quickly resolve a blown tire I experienced on my roadtrip through Canada. I called a few places and Big O was by far the most responsive and willing to help replace my tire and get me back on the road. They did an excellent job communicating along the way to let me know up front that they had the tire I needed available and would be able to get it done quickly. As tire was being replaced, they let me know progress and then got me back on the road as an extremely satisfied customer.”
