βI wish i could give them more stars! To start, they were the lowest cost, and the fastest turn around I could find, for my car's smashed rear window.
The morning of my appt, other issues arose and they were kind, supportive and professional with me when i called to cancel. Later that morning, when the issues were resolved, I called back, and they were able to squeeze me in that afternoon.
From the first interaction, I felt well taken care of, and over time, like they just had my back. They will always be the first place I call.β
βKen’s will only fix what needs to be fixed and only if you are fully aware of what they feel is best to keep your car safe and in good shape. I’d been told by another car care establishment that my breaks were at 5%. That sounded bad but at Ken’s they said to come back in 6 months to a year and they would check again but I didn’t have to worry about my breaks right away. The breaks still had more life in them and depending on how much a person drives in stop and go traffic, the life of the breaks can vary. I’ll be going to Ken’s for my oil changes from now on, they are friendly, engaging and patient in explaining when you have further questions about your car.

βMick's Glass Service provided expertly crafted custom glass shelving shaped to our specifications when we moved into our new house 20 years ago so we called on them again when the lifting hardware on one of our now 20 year-old windows failed. They quickly assessed the problem, ordered the required parts, and replaced them. Now the window functions perfectly. They know their business and they do it well. I highly recommend them for any glass-related needs.β
βHonestly an amazing work put by all the mechanics, Richard and his team did an amazing job with my Acura integra, even after running into a road block with my engine, they were able to get the job done. Price was more than great, and time it took was understandable would bring my car here again.β
βChris and his team at Trusty’s are amazing. I drive a Jeep Wrangler that had an electrical issue for over a year. I took it to several other auto body shops, and they all told me to just replace the lights and that there was no problem they could find. After months of dealing with malfunctioning blinkers and headlights, I finally found Trusty’s. Their team was incredibly helpful and got to work right away. Within just one day, they solved the long-standing mystery and fixed my car’s lights completely. I can’t recommend Trusty’s enough. If you’re considering where to take your car, 100% go to them.β
βThey do good, honest work. Simple as that. I've taken two of my cars to valvoline on philomath blvd and 53rd. There, they managed to strip the fasteners that hold the skid plate in place.
I've taken my cars to jiffy lube for the last year and they have never let me down.β

βI was able to get an appointment for oil change very quickly and the price was comparable to other state from where we moved. Everyone in the office were very polite and professional. They gave their honest opinion on things that need to be changed and services that can wait which was significantly reasonable than taking it to a dealer who quoted 3K for all the series which could wait. I think we've found our go to auto shop in Corvallis!!β

βThese guys did a wonderful job redoing the headliner on my 2002 Nissan Xterra. Lots of colors to choose from and they got me scheduled quickly. They even offered a cheaper option to help save me some money by just bringing them the board, which I appreciated, but in the end I’m glad I chose to let them do the whole project because they are excellent at their craft and the end result turned out even better than I expected. Would highly recommend!!β
βWe got quite a few scratches from a bike rack on the back of our car, and a scratch on my driver's side door, so I went by to get a quote and the very helpful woman said that they were simple enough, she would book me in and they would take care of it for free! I came back the next week, they buffed them out in 15 minutes and sent us on our way! Everyone we talked to was helpful, didn't bat an eye at charging me nothing, and my car looks as good as new! I couldn't believe it! Would highly recommend and will be going back for any future dings or bumps! Thank you so much!β

βOn the advice of a mechanic/friend (and moving 50 miles away) I left G&J for a dealership service center. After a year, I've switched back to G&J, even with the commute, because they treat me like a person with value instead of an annoyance! They, also, have better prices and don't make me wait a week to get my vehicle in for service! I highly recommend the great people and service at G&J!β

βThese people saved me and didn’t charge me a penny. I can hardly believe it. I was traveling from WA and my exhaust started hanging down on my ancient Volvo 240. I pulled in here 30 minutes before they were closing but they put it up on the rack and fixed me up enough to get me back home. I asked for just a temporary fix because the system is under warranty so they gave me a quick fix, just what I needed!β

βIn 2019, a large tree limb fell on my son's brand new car. We dropped it off at Freebird because they had good reviews, and because I remember their commercials from 30 or so years ago.
The car did not have frame damage, which was a miracle. The roof was crunched on the side, the back window was broken, and it rained so the interior got wet. Minor damage in other spots.
The car took a month to repair. Why? They have a lot of business and they do all around amazing work. The car came back and it was in pristine condition. You could not even tell there was damage. Remember this car was brand new, 8 days old. The time it took for repairs would be the only downside, but it was worth it, and here's why.
Since, we have had 2 cars repaired somewhere else, each time wanting the cars to go to Freebird, but for some reason ended up at the insurance preferred shop. Both cars had to be taken back for paint repairs and other things (like glue being used instead of a replacement part). I regret the repairs at the other body shop.
Customer service? I think it was alright. I prefer an excellent job on repairs as opposed to someone thanking me for my business (I don't want to be thanked for getting in an accident). They were curious, and I did not need someone to go over the repairs that were obviously done. Car repairs are stressful to the customer, their staff was not rude, more even toned.
