    I went in with an hour till close on Friday with a few account issues and bills to pay and was assisted by Victoria S. She was quick , professional and happy to help me. All my issues were resolved and bills paid. Thank you Victoria.

    Abysmal customer service. I am so frustrated with the lack of competent ability to help people. Do not bank here.

    Have been trying to contact a Banking Specialist for 2 days. Leave a message but never hear back. I have been a member for over 30 years but am thinking about changing. The branch doesn't even call back.
