“I was recently in a jam with a balloon order and I called and talked to a lady who got right to work filling an order for me. I was very stressed and an a hurry and the lady working there was SUCH an ANGEL and totally saved me day. Wonderful helpful staff!!”
“Really great store.
Very nice things, good variety.
Shouldn't be called a dollar store though, although that's what got me in the door.”
“I will never go back!
Cashier's were laughing and speaking a different language, not paying attention while I was trying to pay.
Worst dollarama ever!”
“This is the best card selection of any dollar store I've been to. Birthday, sympathy, anniversary...you name it, they have a great selection of Christian cards as well and they are very pretty too (some look like they'd cost at least $5-7). It is worth it for me to drive here just for that and stock up. Also really like the seasonal decor they offer at this location.”
“Surprisingly good selection for a dollar store! found everything from household basics to a few fun surprises. the store was mostly clean and organized , and staff were helpful. few items costly but quality wase good. Definitely a solid place to grab everyday essentials on budget.”

“Great experience at Big Box Outlet Store in Chilliwack. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially want to recognize Pranay for his exceptional customer service. His service was truly outstanding, and he made the whole experience even better. For that reason, I would definitely shop there again.
Thank you, Pranay!”
