“This review is not based on the store but an employee in particular. Destiny was beyond helpful and patient in assisting me with a price conflict. She did not try to hurry me away as the line was growing and she was the only one on. When I was feeling bad she just remained calm and very reassuring that everything is ok and gave me the service I needed. Not only did she do what o needed but she went over and above to help me with my rewards card as I was having difficulty with that as well. The person that was working in the shoe’s department who i originally asked my question to simply brushed me off and said no we can’t do that and walked away….didn’t offer any solutions or ask a manager as my request was reasonable but yes time consuming and Destiny didn’t shy away to help. Her empathy and professionalism was impressive.”
