Two days in a row I had a phone appointment with Veronika Riches and I was ghosted. I responded to the Email, had a return(thanks for responding, Veronika Riches will be with you soon) AND!!! Nothing!! I think they should give $1000 for the two days I wasted waiting for nothing. Because if it was the other way around, there would be fines, fees, and levies.
All they give is telling you how unfortunate you are. 😡😡😡😡 pathetic customer service considering it was their idea to do this every year.

Very slow, maybe the slowest in Chilliwack, to meet a teller. At least 15-20 minutes standing in line every time I go there.

Was told by 1 teller that they had no exchange fees when converting Canadian currency into us when in a few days later and teller told me that they did have fees but would not disclose what the fee was. This branch has poor service and is untrustworthy, I will be moving all fund out of this branch

Well there respectability suppose to be at best better for mortgage rates or at least the same there not in this one case But indeed some mortgage person greedy and believe people are not as smart as them. It's all about customer service. Not you thinking your smarter then others si far the one person was really rude stating they have to do extra work now. I turn was not just a complaint type person. Myself have a mortgage broker Americana. Said and well by there the vancity mortgage person has issues and should retire has it to east and so happy they get to work from home spoiled 🙄 and ridiculous in there verbal forecasting to customers

Visited on Sunday, outside atm out of service, no access to inside ATM's, so no way to get money or deposit.?

I was visiting the city and wanted to do a quick transaction, and it was so easy. Location is nice with spacious parking. Staff were helpful.

I really want to thank the employees at the Chilliwack Vancity. They all treat my son with the utmost respect, know him name. He went in one rainy day soak and wet. The next time he went into the branch they said they had something for him and they gave him an umbrella. Customer service doesn't get any better than that!

This financial institution has held my mortgage for more than 25 years. Recently, I came into an inheritance, and was able to pay off a second mortgage. So far, so good. I had meetings with two separate associates of this branch in the last two months. In the first one, I indicated that I wanted all Cumis life insurance payments to be ceased, since my home is now worth far more than what I owe. The associate missed discontinuing my life insurance payment on my overdraft, which is not in arrears. It is now incumbent on ME to go to the branch, and sign additional papers, for that to happen, through no fault of my own. Second meeting, with a different associate, was to pay off my second mortgage, and to apply $10,000.00 to my first mortgage, without penalty. After a month, I received my statement, and the payment was not applied to my first mortgage. even though I had deposited the money for that use, one month prior. When I contacted the said associate, she claimed to have nothing in her notes from the meeting, regarding the payment to my first mortgage…..on the same phone call, she blamed it on “human error”, never admitting that she was the human that was in error. She, knowing that I had come into a substantial inheritance, was more concerned about setting me up with an appointment to set up investment with VanCity. I will be ending this disappointing relationship with this institution as soon as possible.

I recently had dealing with a mortgage account manager Manjot Sidhu in regard of a mortgage as co-signer. My intent was to get some information and suggest to my daughter to move our mortgage to my bank.However; after dealing Manjot whom has a great personality and lotknowledge to pass on. I decided to stay with Vancity.
