“I just recently had a service completed by Grip Tire & Auto, and I'm extremely happy with the service. I came in for an oil change, and included with an oil change was a general visual inspection. Iain was awesome to work with while booking the appointment, and he had excellent communication throughout the service. While my car was in the shop, he emailed an inspection sheet for me to review. Attached were pictures and prices of the proposed repairs which truly shows full transparency with this shop. Iain then followed up to explain the inspection sheet and asked for the go-ahead to ensure that the necessary repairs were addressed. As someone who has had many negative experiences with mechanics pushing unnecessary repairs on me, I feel that the staff here are very honest. I will be trusting Iain and his team to take care of any upcoming maintenance on my vehicle in the future. Also, a bonus is they washed my vehicle and vacuumed the inside! Thanks again for such a positive experience.”

“I stopped in there after being referred from Mr. lube after getting my oil changed, to go and get a quote. My fluids were all topped up and there was absolutely nothing coming out of my windshield washer fluids, and my engine was starting to smell from a leak. I stopped in and asked for a possible estimate, and a time when I might be able to bring my truck in because the lot was full and they were clearly very busy. The owner came out and asked if he could have a quick look. Just by having a quick look when they were clearly busy I thought was very nice. After he looked in my engine, he knew what the problem was, and fixed it right there on the spot and was extremely extremely nice and the staff members were extremely nice and only charged me $10 for his time and for him to fix the problem. No doubt his time alone to fix it was way more than that I would definitely recommend absolutely everybody to go there Sherwin (The owner and mechanic) Will definitely be seeing me back for all future fixes. Went In for an oil change and they provided a full vehicle diagnostic and a print out estimate of a couple things that need work on my vehicle. I appreciated that they gave a full estimate on recommended work as other places I have been too before did not do this. Also they have a shuttle service to take you back home while your vehicle. Definitely will be back.”

“What a nice find. North Bluff Auto was better than my regular stop (the dealership). This space has been around for years, but not sure at this location. Low profile repair with no formalities but the first time ever was able to get great honesty and answers for my needs. Wonderful staff, quick analysis, almost next day appointment, free brake inspections and a follow-up consultation with some of my questions being answered that will help make educated decisions going forward. “I brought my Toyota Rav4 to Mr. Kim recently. The Rav4 suffered a blown engine and needed an engine transplant. Mr. Kim explained, clearly, to both my wife and me how he was going to fix the Rav4. Mr. Kim was very knowledgeable. His explanation helped us understand the steps he was going to take to replace the engine, and that understanding gave us the confidence that this team could do the job properly and not cut corners. They switched out the blown engine with a new one, and our Rav4 was fixed! Coming out of this experience, I feel really, really safe leaving my vehicle in the hands of Mr. Kim and his team. “Colorworks Toms Custom Autobody Port Coquitlam is awesome! My friend recommended us to this shop, and I'm glad we went to them. Our car was damaged by some low-life, hit and run at a Walmart parking lot. Colorworks helped us repair the damages and did detailing in 4 days. The result is very good. Duncan checked the result with us to make sure we are happy with it. He helped us to remove a stubborn water stain on the top of the car too! The services are great, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Prices may be on the premium side but you get what you pay for. We will hire them again in the future! 5 stars.”
“Great experience with Z&R auto. I have a very old and neglected truck with tons of issues that other shops were too scared to work on but Z&R stepped up to the challenge. They spent 4 days tearing it apart and carefully inspecting and replacing every single worn component. Their communication was fantastic and they kept me updated and informed every step of the way, which is rare for mechanic shops. They finished the extensive amount of work they needed to do on time which is also rare. The truck drives like a brand new vehicle now and I couldn't be more satisfied.”

“My a new 2022 Braunability Chevrolet Traverse came with multiple leaks in the exhaust pipes because of the custom work done to the truck, in order to lower the floor for wheelchair access.Jason was tremendously helpful and understanding of the issue from the very beginning. He went through all the details I sent, scheduled me in, and got it fixed quite quickly. Not only that, he went above and beyond to fix a rattling noise coming from underneath the car.
